I have specialist CPD qualifications for working with clients with Alzheimer's.

I work with Watford FC Community Sport Education Trust, on the Together and Shape-up Programs.

I have a passion for client centred training. 

I have the skills and knowledge to mix up your training regime, keep it interesting and you engaged in the process. I help to achieve your goals whilst you have fun.

I work with clients with Dementia, Fibromyalgia, Obesity, problems with mobility.

I work in your home or care home.

My base is the Meriden Community Centre - Garston, Watford.
